Contact details (name, phone, email), the service you are interested in, and — only when you proceed with an application — KYC and financial documents such as PAN, Aadhaar, income proof and bank statements required by the partner institution.

To respond to your enquiry, assess suitable products, submit applications to the banks, NBFCs or insurers you approve, and keep you informed about your application. We may contact you about related products unless you ask us not to.
4. Sharing
Your documents are shared only with the partner institutions you choose to apply to, and with service providers who help us operate (e.g., secure storage), under confidentiality obligations. We never sell your personal data.
5. Security & retention
We use access controls and encrypted storage for documents, retain records only as long as needed for the engagement and applicable law, and delete or anonymise them thereafter.
